Stella Maris Institute of Management and Technology, Organized a week –long celebration to
raise awareness about the importance of maintain a ragging –free environment on campus. The Anti-
Ragging Week was observed from August 12, 2025, to August 18, 2025, with various events and
activities aimed at promoting a culture of respect and dignity among students.
On August 14, 2025, slogan writing Competition was conducted for the entire college in the
presence of MS. Preethi Francis, Principal in Charge and Anti- Ragging Cell Co-ordinator. The
Completion aimed to encourage students to creatively express their thoughts and ideas on the
theme of anti- ragging through impactful slogans.
The Slogan Writing Competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various
departments. The event was a great success, with students showcasing their creativity, originate and
commitment to the cause of anti-ragging. Winning entries were selected based on their originality,
creativity, and the strength of their message.
The Anti-ragging Week celebration at Stella Maris Institute of Management and Technology was a
resounding success, thanks to the dedicated effort of the Anti- Ragging Cell and the active
involvement of students .The event served as a powerful reminder of the need to maintain a ragging-
free campus and to maintain a ragging- free campus and to foster a culture of mutual respect and
dignity.
The College extends its sincere a gratitude to Ms. Preethi Francis, Principal in Charge and Anti-
